Chuck handle wheel now has a checkered ﬁnish
Micro switches are now all metal and better quality
Spindle motors have been upgraded, CE approved with larger capacitors.
CE LED light- brighter and long lasting.
Speed controller- more reliable and longer lasting.

The micro switch (001-1201-02) is compatible with older SVSIID models. If you are replacing the Spindle motor (001-1949-95), be aware that you will need to modify the black spindle cover to accommodate the larger motor capacitors. We do have replacement covers if you want to order one instead (012-0020-10).

Titanium

We get a lot of calls on grinding titanium. We did a test here with our titanium wheel (010-0708-05) vs other brands. We also used the Keyser Mirror Finish Additive (000-2111-66). What we found is that our Kwik-Way General Purpose Wheel (010-0709-00) with the Keyser Mirror Finish additive performed better than our titanium and other brand’s stones. The customer will have to reface his wheel often. There is no way around that as Dave Monyhan said machining titanium islike machining bubble gum. The ﬁnish the Kwik-Way GP stone produced was just as good as any of the other stones and it costs over 40% less.
